My AC went out on a Friday night, Alex showed up quickly after I called them, gave an easy to understand explanation of what was going on with my unit, gave a fair estimate for the replacement, and had it done quickly!

I called Vegas Born two days to come and look at my washer after my oldest overloaded it. Within ten minutes of Alex coming over, he knew the problem. Came back the next day to replace the part. Was done in 15 minutes at most.

Alex of Vegas Born AC was the second of 2 technicians to give estimates on our AC unit. He was quickly able to explain the issue, and that we needed a new unit. Because it was after business hours on a Friday, the estimate was a pretty good ballpark figure and we scheduled for 10 am on Monday.
